Closed Caption on Platforms

I recognized that the pandemic has caused issues for the deaf communities and likely for people in general, access to platforms proved challenging. Closed Captioning is a must for e-learning, schools and meetings were not being accessible. So I decided to create an info-graphic to share on social media. I hope this is helpful.
